Parents wishing to volunteer as chaperones must submit a copy of their driver’s license and proof of valid insurance. Once received, we will seek consent from all parents to allow assigned chaperones to transport their children. OR Transportation Costs: Chartering a bus costs $89.84 per hour with a three-hour minimum, and the driver remains on-site. These fees will be split among the students attending, along with the cost of the excursion.
