Fall Picture Day for this school year will take place on Monday, September 18, with a retake day on Friday, October 6.

The safety of everyone in our community is our highest priority. Therefore, it is important for DU to continue to improve and streamline its processes to ensure the safety of our community. Please see the attached Drop-Off and Pick-up Procedure for details. Following these simple steps will insha’Allah make drop-off safe for all of us.

This is to remind all students entering Pre-K1, Pre-K2 (new students), Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 6th Grade, 9th Grade, and 12th Grade to have all the necessary NEW health documents paperwork (see email sent on 07/25/23 for details) ready to be submitted by the first day of school.

Dear Wonderful DU Community (Students and Parents), Walhamdulillah! As 2022-2023 school year comes to an end, I would like to take the time to express my appreciation. First and foremost, I would like to thank Allah (The Exalted) for all His countless blessing upon us. I would also like to thank the DU teachers, students, and community for all the help and support in making this school year a success. Please take the time to praise your children and their teachers for their hard work and dedication during this school year. II As most of you know, insha’Allah, I will be moving back to Tucson, Arizona this summer. Even though I will not be able to enjoy another school year with the community, I know DU will continue its journey to become the number one school in Illinois. May Allah (The Exalted) continue to protect all of DU students and staff and grant them success.

All students enrolled in the preschool (new students), KG, 2nd Grade, 6th Grade, 9th Grade, 12th Grade and Students entering a State of Illinois school for the first time are required by law to submit the following health documents.
